Today, I was really craving some beignets and coke. It is an odd combination; I know. I still really wanted them. The best beignets in the world come from Cafe du Monde New Orleans, Lousisiana. If you have never been there, it is worth the trip. Once when I was little, my sister complained to my father that her beignets were hot. He told her to blow on them as a joke, but he forgot the little fact that he was seated directly across from her. When you go just be sure to wear white.
